OUR COMPANY MODEL
We have a network of 86 subcontractors, selected professionals from multiple business fields. This, offers us a large pool of talent and expertise.
For every new project we create a power team made up by the optimal combination of resources to match the request. We kind of create a sub-company to serve exactly each client’s needs.
We combine our passion and expertise through being creative in strategy and strategic in creativity. At the end of the day, all we want to do, is create powerful and effective advertising.
THE STORY OF OUR NAME
Fania Magrizou met Rania Divani at Leo Burnett Athens.
They got along pretty well, partly because they both come from Thessaly (Larisa and Trikala respectively) but mostly because their names rhyme.
Every Friday they would have brunch in the agency’s cafeteria, fried eggs with bacon. It was a ritual type of thing. At the time they’d call it just avga matia.
One spring morning they found themselves trying to explain avga matia to a waitress in Manhattan NY. She said: “So you want your eggs sunny side up?” That sounded just right.
Fania and Rania loved their job but felt that they could find a more effective way to do it. They both wanted to create a company before they turned forty. By spring 2020 they were both still under.
They just needed a name that sounded just right.
Something happy. Optimistic. Something that connected them. Like an inside joke.
